I’m Ricardo and I started Affordable Bricks because I noticed how little useful information is available online about buying low-cost property in Europe. There are very few must-know tips or honest stories about legal risks hidden costs or what to really check before you buy.

After buying a small apartment in the Harz region of Niedersachsen I realised how valuable it would be to have a space where people can share experiences and learn from each other. With a relatively small investment my apartment turned out to be a good deal and it now brings in a solid return.

At the moment I’m exploring other affordable areas in Germany and also looking into houses in the southern part of Spain.
