Spain has gotten more popular in recent years but there are still areas where property prices are relatively low. Especially if you look outside the coastal hotspots and big cities.
I’m curious to hear what others have found. Are you seeing good deals in certain regions?
Feel free to share any tips or listings you’ve come across.

I’m currently just exploring the south of Spain. Looking mostly around Mazarrón in Murcia (Costa Calida) or near Alicante. I’m interested in something within an urbanisation.
Prices have definitely gone up in these areas. It’s not dirt cheap anymore but still way more affordable than in the Netherlands where I live or in other area's like the Costa del Sol.
I haven’t bought anything yet. Still trying to figure out what’s possible and what the risks are;
For example the recently updated rental license rules which could affect future use of the properties
Curious if anyone else is looking in that part of Spain or has local insights
